I'm highly recommending this audiobook! □ TheFlock, PinkFlamingo □ Overall, There Are No Saints was a fantastic listen, and I can't wait to start the second book. They were convincing in their roles and made the story even more engaging. They flawlessly captured and portrayed the complexity of personalities, emotions, and intense chemistry. Lee Daniels and Jeffrey Holz performed marvellously. Their story is dark, intense, passionate, and suspenseful, with gore and other disturbing facets. Their relationship evolves in stages, and Lark did a stellar job making it work. Once Mara falls into his trap, she ignites emotions in Cole, ultimately changing a psychopathic killer. Cole has been patiently stalking Mara, who he seems to despise. The storyline and character development are absolutely terrific. And she did a phenomenal job! I don't want to get into plot details and spoil the book for anyone, so I'll provide a quick overview of the story. Sophie Lark creatively constructed a dark and twisted romance of that possibility for us to enjoy. However, within pages of a book, there is a possibility. The possibility of it ever happening, in reality, is NEVER. The premise is unique and provocative, a serial killer falling in love with a mark. Sophie Lark certainly stepped outside the box.
